Where Junk Koala Plano Works
One branch, one yard, thirteen cities. Everything runs out of 14th Street in Plano — there are no franchise handoffs and no crews you have never heard of turning up in an unmarked truck.

Why this territory and not the whole metroplex
Junk Koala divides DFW into a small number of real branches rather than pretending one location can serve nine million people. Plano runs the Collin County and North Dallas territory. Dallas covers the central and east Dallas market. Arlington covers the Mid-Cities, and Fort Worth covers the west.
That matters practically rather than just organisationally: a crew based in Plano can be in Allen in fifteen minutes and in Prosper in thirty, but sending one to Arlington would mean a two-hour round trip before any work happened. You would pay for that, one way or another.
So if your address is outside this list, the honest answer is that another Junk Koala branch will serve you better — and we will point you at it rather than quoting for a drive we should not be making.

Specific jobs in specific cities
Where a city and a service genuinely differ from the Plano norm — the housing stock, the access, the way the work is scheduled — it gets its own page rather than a paragraph.
Frisco
- Furniture Removal — Upgrade-driven pickups from big new-build homes with long staircases.
- Garage Cleanouts — Three-car bays that filled faster than anyone expected.
- Move-Out Junk Removal — Clearing before a closing in a market that moves fast.
- Commercial Junk Removal — Retail turnovers and build-outs in a district that cycles tenants.

FAQ
Coverage — common questions
- Do you have an office in each of these cities?
- No, and we would not claim to. There is one Plano branch, on 14th Street, and its crews cover the whole Collin County territory. Any junk removal company advertising a local office in thirteen suburbs is describing a mailbox.
- Does it cost more if I am further from Plano?
- No. Pricing is the space your load takes in the truck, wherever the address is. What distance affects is which appointment windows are open — Prosper and Little Elm have fewer same-day slots than Plano itself.
- I am in Dallas, Richardson or Garland. Can you come?
- Those are covered by Junk Koala Dallas rather than this branch. Same company, same platform, different territory — you will get a crew that is much closer to you.
- What about Arlington, Irving or Fort Worth?
- Also outside this branch. The Arlington and Mid-Cities market and the western DFW market are handled by other Junk Koala branches.
- Do you cover Celina, Princeton, Melissa or Lewisville?
- They sit at the edge of the branch territory and are handled case by case rather than as full service areas. Call the Plano branch and we will tell you honestly whether we can get there.
