Commercial enquiry

Request Commercial Service in Plano

For a one-off business job, send the details through the form below and the Plano branch will come back with a price. For anything recurring — a portfolio, a community, multiple sites — call the branch instead. Setting up agreed rates and monthly invoicing takes about five minutes on the phone and considerably longer in writing.

  • Agreed rates across your properties
  • One monthly invoice, itemised by site
  • Out-of-hours and weekend windows

Request a junk removal quote

Commercial enquiries run through the central Junk Koala platform — the same system that handles quoting, scheduling, accounts and invoicing for every branch. Include your company name and property type in the notes and the Plano branch will pick it up as business work rather than a household booking.

Before you send it

What makes a commercial quote accurate first time

These are the details the branch will otherwise have to come back and ask for, which costs a day.

Company and contact
Company name, who to speak to, and the best number.
Property type
Office suite, apartment community, retail unit, warehouse, rental portfolio or job site.
Service address
Including the city — it tells us which crew and which drive.
What needs removing
Item counts beat square footage. Forty chairs and twenty desks quotes better than "a floor".
Access and hours
Dock, service lift, stairs only, permitted working hours, gate codes.
Frequency
One-off, or recurring. Recurring is what makes an account worth setting up.
Your date
A lease end, a make-ready date or a programme phase. Say which — we schedule against it.
Photographs
The single biggest improvement to a commercial quote. Wide shots of each space.

Who this is for

Roughly half the Plano schedule is business work, and almost none of it looks like a household booking. The constraint is rarely the volume — it is a lease date, a building manager, a booked loading bay, a make-ready sequence with three trades queued behind it, and an accounts department that would rather process one invoice than eleven.

What an account changes

  • Agreed rates, so every job is not a fresh negotiation
  • One named contact who already knows your properties
  • Site rules, gate codes and lift arrangements held on file
  • Named staff authorised to book without waiting on approval
  • A single monthly invoice, itemised by property or site
  • Completion photographs on request, as standard
  • Vendor and insurance documentation handled at set-up
  • Out-of-hours windows treated as normal, not exceptional

Account questions

What is the difference between an account and a one-off booking?
A one-off is quoted and paid like any other job. An account holds your properties, agreed rates, access details and authorised bookers on file, and bills once a month itemised by site. The account is worth setting up the moment somebody is booking more than occasionally.
How quickly can an account be set up?
Rates and terms are usually agreed in one call. What takes longer is vendor paperwork where a building or managing agent requires specific insurance documentation — start that early if your properties have a compliance process.
Can several people book against one account?
Yes, and it is worth naming them at set-up. A site manager or maintenance lead who can call a pickup in directly is the difference between a same-week clear-out and one that waits on a head-office approval.
Do you work outside business hours?
Yes, and it is worth agreeing the window at set-up rather than job by job. Most accounts settle on a standing evening or weekend slot, which is what makes an occupied multi-tenant building workable at all — and it means nobody has to renegotiate access every time a suite turns over.
What if the work is spread across several cities?
That is normal. One account covers everything inside the Plano branch territory. Properties in Dallas, Richardson, Garland, Mesquite, Addison or Farmers Branch are served by our Dallas branch, and we will say so rather than quoting for a drive we should not be making.
