You Move What They’re Keeping.
We Haul What They’re Leaving.
It happens on almost every job. Somebody gestures at a corner of the garage and tells you that none of it is going — and none of it was on the survey. The vehicle was loaded against an inventory that did not include it, and the hours are running while three people stand on a driveway working out whose problem it is.
No commitment, no exclusivity, no referral paperwork. Send one job and see how it goes.

The pile that is never in the estimate
Every mover working the Plano, Frisco and McKinney market meets the same conversation, and it always happens at the worst point of the day — after the walkthrough, once the van is half loaded and the customer has finally looked properly at what is in the garage.
The options from there are all bad. Absorb it, and you are transporting and then disposing of items you never priced. Refuse it, and you have a difficult conversation at the end of a long day with someone who is about to review you. Or spend an hour of billable crew time driving to a transfer station.
Handing it to a local hauler removes the choice entirely. The customer gets it dealt with, you stay on your own inventory, and nobody spends the afternoon renegotiating.
What we take off your day
Furniture they decide against
The sectional, the dining set, the guest bed — decided on the driveway rather than at the survey.
Mattresses
The single most common item nobody wants transported to a new address.
Garage & storage leftovers
The part of the property that was never properly surveyed, discovered on the day.
Damaged or dead items
Pieces not worth the fuel to move, plus appliances that failed at the wrong moment.
Three ways movers work with us
There is no single arrangement, and you should pick whichever fits how you already run jobs. All three work; none requires paperwork before the first one.
- Hand the customer our number and step out of it entirely
- Book it on their behalf so they get one coordinated day
- Fold it into your own invoice and settle with us on an account
- Refer post-move packaging clear-outs at the new address
- Send the awkward pre-move purge before you even survey

How a referral runs
- 1
Photograph the pile
One wide shot from the driveway is normally enough to price it.
- 2
Send it over
Through the form below, or a phone call to the branch if you are mid-job.
- 3
We schedule it
Same-day where the board allows, next-day as standard. The customer sees the price first.
- 4
You get your driveway back
Your crew stays on your inventory and your estimate holds.
Post-move works too
Once the customer has unpacked, the new garage is full of flattened cardboard and the furniture that turned out not to fit. That is a second job most movers never think to refer.

FAQ
Questions movers ask
- How does a mover actually use this on the day?
- Two ways. Either you send the customer to us and step out of it entirely, or you book it on their behalf so they get one coordinated day. Most movers start with the first and move to the second once they see it works.
- Can you come while our crew is still loading?
- Yes, though it is usually calmer if we follow rather than overlap — a driveway with two trucks and two crews on it is nobody's idea of efficient. Where the timetable is tight we will work around you.
- Who pays — us or the customer?
- Whichever suits your business. Some movers hand the customer straight to us and stay out of the transaction. Others fold it into their own invoice and settle with us on an account. Both work.
- What about the items we already agreed to take?
- Not our business. We only take what the customer points at as not going, and we do not attempt to renegotiate anything already on your inventory.
- Do you cover the whole area we work?
- We cover Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Carrollton, The Colony, Wylie, Murphy, Parker, Lucas, Fairview, Little Elm and Prosper. If your move is in central Dallas or the Mid-Cities, another Junk Koala branch covers it and we will route it there.
- Is there a minimum, or a commitment?
- No commitment. There is a minimum load, which a single sofa or mattress sits comfortably inside. Movers who send work regularly move onto an account with agreed rates and monthly invoicing.
