The Collin County Branch of Junk Koala
Junk Koala Plano is one branch of a wider Junk Koala network, running the North Dallas and Collin County territory from a yard on 14th Street. Same brand, same booking platform, different patch.

- Loads sorted rather than tipped whole

Why there is a separate Plano branch at all
DFW is too large for one junk removal operation to serve honestly. A crew based in central Dallas can reach McKinney, but only by spending an hour of the day getting there — and somebody pays for that hour whether or not it appears on the invoice.
So Junk Koala divides the metroplex into a small number of real branches with real territories. Plano runs Collin County and North Dallas. The Dallas branch covers the central and east Dallas market. Arlington covers the Mid-Cities, and Fort Worth covers the west.
The practical result is that a Plano crew is fifteen minutes from Allen, twenty from Frisco and half an hour from Prosper. That is what makes same-day slots occasionally possible rather than theoretically advertised.
What the branch actually does
Roughly half the schedule is households — furniture, appliances, garages, attics and whole-property clear-outs. The other half is business work: office suites, apartment turnovers, retail fixtures, warehouse racking and construction debris.
The truck does not care which it is. What changes is the access, the deadline and who receives the invoice.
- Residential junk removal and cleanouts
- Commercial clear-outs and tenant turnovers
- Moving-related hauling, before and after the van
- Renovation and construction debris on programme
- Recurring trade accounts with monthly invoicing

The part of the business that is not a truck
Booking, quoting, pricing, payment and customer accounts all run on the central Junk Koala platform rather than on anything built for this branch. That is deliberate: it means your booking history follows you between branches, the price is generated the same way everywhere, and nobody is asked to hand a card over on a driveway.
What the Plano branch owns is the physical work — the crews, the trucks, the local knowledge about which apartment communities have a service lift and which Downtown Plano alleys a loaded truck should not attempt.
Where a load ends up
Very little of a typical load is genuinely waste. A dresser with nothing wrong with it, a fridge that still runs, a box of household goods that was never unpacked — those are all more use to somebody than to a hole in the ground, and metal and electronics have recycling routes a tip run drives straight past.
So a load gets pulled apart rather than tipped in one go: donation and resale for anything a local outlet will take, recycling for what qualifies, and disposal only for the remainder. There is no diversion percentage on this site, because it would be a number invented for a website and it would be wrong on the very next job.

What we will not tell you
A lot of junk removal marketing runs on claims that cannot be checked — years in business, trucks in the fleet, tonnes diverted, five-star counts, guaranteed same-day arrival. It is easy to write and it is worth nothing.
This site does not carry any of it. What it does carry: how pricing actually works, what we take and what we do not, which cities this branch covers and which belong to another one, and honest scheduling that shows real availability rather than a promise that moves.
That is a less exciting pitch. It is also the one that survives contact with an actual job.
You point. We haul.
Three words, and genuinely the whole arrangement. Show the crew what is going, and the carrying, loading, sorting and sweeping is ours.
