TV Removal in Plano, TX

Televisions are the one piece of e-waste that will not hide in a cupboard. A dead 65-inch panel goes behind a sofa, into a garage, or against a wall in a spare room, and then stays there.

Three generations of television, all still in the house

A typical Plano media room upgrade leaves a trail. The panel that was replaced went to a bedroom. The one it replaced went to the garage. The projection set from before that is still in the attic because nobody was willing to carry it back down.

Modern panels are light but fragile and almost impossible to carry alone without flexing the screen. Rear-projection and CRT sets are the opposite — genuinely heavy, with no useful handholds, and a real risk to a staircase.

The crew takes all of it in one visit, including the wall mount if you want the bracket gone too.

What we take

Flat-screen panels

LED, LCD, OLED and plasma, any size. Carried upright and secured rather than laid flat in the truck.

Rear-projection sets

The heavy cabinet units from the 2000s. Usually a two-person carry and a staircase conversation.

CRT televisions

Tube sets, including the small kitchen ones. Standard e-waste, routed to recycling.

Wall mounts & brackets

Taken off the wall and removed with the set, if you want the wall clear.

Media units & stands

The cabinet the television sat on generally goes in the same visit.

Soundbars & speakers

Audio equipment, subwoofers and the cabling that came with them.

FAQ

TV Removal in Plano, TX — common questions

Do you take the television off the wall?
Yes. The crew can unmount a wall-hung set and take the bracket with it. Mention it when you book so they arrive with the right tools.
Will you take a television that still works?
Yes. Working sets in good condition are separated for donation or resale where there is somewhere local taking them.
Can you get a projection TV down from an attic?
Where the ladder and decking are sound, yes. Those sets are heavy and the attic route is the risk, so the crew will assess it on arrival rather than forcing it.
Is one television enough for a booking?
Yes, it falls within the minimum load. It is better value combined with anything else you have going.
