Why this is a teardown, not a removal
A cubicle farm is a connected structure, not a set of separate items. Panels lock to one another, worksurfaces cantilever off the panels, storage hangs from rails, and the whole run is frequently tied into powered base feeds with data running through the same channel.
It comes apart in reverse order — storage, worksurfaces, then panels — and that takes time. A large floor of workstations is realistically a multi-day job, not an afternoon.
The part that has to happen before we arrive is electrical isolation. Powered panels need to be disconnected at the base feed by a licensed electrician; a hauling crew pulling live whips is not an acceptable arrangement for anyone.
